Q: What is Face Of The Fan®?
A: Face Of The Fan® is a resource that gives fans of movies and TV shows opportunities to share their enthusiasm and participate in contests and casting calls.

Q: How often is the site updated with new programs?
A: The site is updated when new casting call and contest programs are announced, voting participation is offered, or when we have news to share about our fans and their experiences. You may visit the site as often as you like. You can also follow us on Twitter @FaceOfTheFan and join our community on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/FaceOfTheFan to keep up with all the latest information.

Q: Is Face Of The Fan® free?
A: Yes! There is no charge to visit the site or join our community on Facebook or Twitter. Participation in any of our contests and casting calls is FREE!

Q: What happens when someone is chosen as a Face Of The Fan®?
A: If you have entered a contest, then you could receive a one-of-a-kind experience such as attending a worldwide premiere or other special event to interact with talent or producers/filmmakers as well as other great prizing. If you auditioned in a casting call, then you could be considered for a role in an upcoming movie or TV show. You'll also become a part of our Fan Gallery which is accessible in the news section on our website at www.FaceOfTheFan.com/fan/ and featured within our social media communities, and you’ll be able to share your experience with all of your friends and family.

Q: How do I get notified about upcoming Face Of The Fan® contests?
A: You can find out about future programs by liking our Face Of The Fan® page at www.Facebook.com/FaceOfTheFan, registering for email updates on our website, or following us on Twitter @FaceOfTheFan.

Q: What do I need to do to enter a contest?
A: Each contest will have different requirements. We recommend that you follow the instructions listed for that particular contest program, as well as review the Official Rules on the individual contest site when it is offered. The Official Rules will provide you with details on how to enter that particular contest program.

Q: Can I enter a contest if I am not a US resident?
A: No. Our contests are currently only for US residents.

Q: I have questions about the contest entry and/or prizing. Who can I contact?
A: Please review the Official Rules and look for the contact information for the Contest Administrator. The Contest Administrator will be able to answer any questions about the contest process, rules, prizing and other concerns you may have.

Q: Can I enter more than one contest?
A: Yes. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria for the program, you can enter any contest.

Q: How do I get notified about upcoming Face Of The Fan® casting calls?
A: You can find out about future programs by liking our Face Of The Fan® page at www.Facebook.com/FaceOfTheFan, registering for email updates on our website, or following us on Twitter @FaceOfTheFan.

Q: How do I audition for a Face Of The Fan® casting call?
A: Just visit our website at www.FaceOfTheFan.com and follow the instructions on the page. Each audition requires you to provide your contact information, a video of you performing the requested task (either webcam or an upload of a digital video file), a recent photo of yourself, and any resume highlights or credits (resume highlights/credits are optional).

Q: Are there any age limitations for the casting calls?
A: Our casting calls can be open to those who are a minimum of 13 years of age or sometimes 18 years of age. It will depend on the type of role being offered. There also may be times when a role requires a very specific age range. The individual program will define those ranges.

Q: Can I submit an audition if I am not a US resident?
A: No. Our casting call programs are currently only for US residents.

Q: Can I submit if I am a member of a guild/union?
A: Yes! As long as you are able to provide the requested services and agree to the grant of rights outlined in the Terms of Participation/Submission Agreement for each individual program, then you can participate in the audition process.

Q: Can I audition for more than one program?
A: Yes! We encourage you to audition for any program we offer provided that you fit the criteria for the given role.

Q: Can I submit more than one audition for the same role in a casting call program?
A: We would prefer that you limit your submission to only one per role. We recommend that you take the time to rehearse your material and submit your best work.

Q: Can I include other things in my video besides the requested task?
A: Please do not include clips from previous work/shows/films or show reels. We really only want to see you perform the provided material or answer the questions we ask. We also prefer your performance to be the first thing we see on the video.

Q: Who reviews the auditions for a casting call?
A: For each casting call, there is a review panel made up of a combination of studio executives and production personnel assigned to the program. Each video is reviewed by this casting call panel.

Q: I submitted an audition for a casting call. Will someone contact me?
A: We will not be contacting every person who submitted an audition video. Once the audition process for an individual program is complete, the production will follow up directly with any participants who may be considered for a role. In the event that there is a voting gallery as part of the casting process, then those who make it into the gallery will be contacted by representatives from Face Of The Fan®.

Q: I am having trouble uploading my video for a casting call; what should I do?
A: We do our best to make the audition site available across all browsers; however, there are times where technical glitches and errors may occur due to individual circumstances. If you encounter a problem during your video submission, please post to our Facebook wall and we will do our best to investigate the issue. Here are a few tips for a potentially trouble-free submission. Do your video upload immediately after completing the contact information fields. If you are submitting a webcam performance, we recommend that you rehearse and preview your performance prior to logging on to the site to do your actual submission to avoid receiving a time-out error.

Q: I am having trouble uploading my photo for a casting call; what should I do?
A: If you encounter a problem during your photo upload, please post to our Facebook wall and we will do our best to investigate the issue. Here are a few tips for a potentially trouble-free photo upload. Have your photo ready to upload prior to filling out the form for the audition. Try uploading your photo first prior to doing a webcam video recording.

Q: Is there a street address for me to send audition materials?
A: No. Please do not send us your headshots or reels in the mail.
